How do I book a taxi?

To avoid misunderstandings, we do not accept reservations by phone.


What car do I need depending on my luggage?

  • Sedan - 2 large and 2 small.
  • Wagon / Break - 3 large and 3 small.
  • Minivan - 4 large and 4 small.
  • Minibus - 8 large and 8 small.

If you have large, extra large or special luggage such as buggy, surfboard, please report this and enter the dimensions in the “special instructions” field in the booking form. Please note that it is your responsibility to select a vehicle with the correct luggage capacity. Should you have any doubt,  we are always available to help you.

I’m travelling with my kids, can I get a child seat?

Yes. Our company offers free highchairs to all customers. There are three different types available for you: raised chairs, children's chairs and baby seats.

What are the payment options?

  • In advance via Stripe payment system
  • By Credit Card to the driver
  • By PayPal
  • Cash to the driver
  • Via invoice (only for people with VAT)

Where can I meet my driver at the airport?

At Brussels Airport (Zaventem/BRU), your driver will be waiting for you at the “JAVA” Café with your name on his sign. At Charleroi Airport, your driver will be waiting for you in front of the chocolate shop «Leonidas». More meeting places and a better description can be found via this link


My flight is cancelled or delayed what should I do?

Our dispatcher and our drivers always follow your flight online via the application of Brussels Airport and Flightradar24. However, sometimes these applications do not immediately show the delay and /or the cancellation. How can I cancel my transfer?

You can cancel your transfer charge free 24 hours before it  by using the cancellation code in your confirmation e-mail.
